Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

Customer Satisfaction

All Makes wants to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.  All pro-products sold by All Makes have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee during which time you may return the item for a full refund.  All other products have a 10 day satisfaction guarantee; you may return your product for a refund less a 15% re-stocking fee.  If you received an item that is incorrect or damaged, you may return the unused/unopened product within 30 days of the purchase date after your receipt of an RMA number.

Return Procedure

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee period.  All Makes will not accept returns without an RMA number.  RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after the date of issue.

All RMA numbers should be displayed on the outside of the shipping box.  Customers are responsible for shipping any returned items to All Makes.  Customer agrees to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment.  Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, be in new, resellable condition, and will include the original packing material (unmarked and undamaged by customer), manuals, warranty cards and other accessories, disks and paperwork provided by the manufacturer.

All Makes will reject the entire return or may impose an additional charge against customer for the replacement of any missing components or any type of damage or excessive wear to the product.  If a return is rejected, it will be returned to customer at customer’s expense.

Return Policy

Please review the complete return policy prior to your purchase.  Please note that there are no exceptions to these requirements:

  • Each return must have an RMA number and must be returned to our main office at 20100 S. Western Ave, Suite# A1, Torrance, CA 90501.  All items received without an RMA will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense.  The RMA number issued is only relevant to the sales order on which return is requested.
  • RMA requests must be filed within 30 days of the sales order date.  No refunds will be issued after 30 days. The RMA number is valid for 10 days from the date it is issued.  Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise within that period.  No returns will be accepted or a 15% restocking fee will be charged for shipments received beyond that period.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs, insurance and tracking their return.
  • Customer must inform All Makes of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date for accurate investigation.  Physical damage to any product will void the products warranty and the RMA policy.  Shipping damage whether visible or hidden requires that the customer notify the shipping carrier and file a claim for the damage.
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of customer’s error. 
  • Please allow 8 – 10 business days to process your return.  Your refund transaction to your credit card will be processed shortly thereafter.
  • All Makes reserves the right to refuse service to customers that violate our return policy.
  • Opened software will not be accepted for return or refund.  We will provide replacement disks that fail to properly load your purchase.
  • Due to health laws, and type of headset, (headphones, ear phones, ear buds, ear cushions, etc.) cannot be returned.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, contact All Makes immediately.  Damaged items must be returned within 3 business days of receipt for immediate replacement or credit. Damage due to misuse is not covered by our return/refund policy.  All Makes will pay all costs of returning and replacing damaged products.
  • If an item is returned that does not meet our return condition criteria, we will either offer you a partial credit or return the item to customer at customer’s expense.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
